Hey guys,
How are you guys?
I'm not really feeling well, so I think I'm just going to do a short dedication to the Diary of J. If you don't already know, she is ending her blog. But, she has wrapped up everything (almost everything) in her goodbye post. If you haven't read that, then head on over to check it out.
I'm actually going to miss her blog. I mean, sure, there were times where we, as readers, were frustrated with the lack of posting. But, J's blog was very entertaining to read and helped us pass the time.
Who can forget about her ex-boyfriend Russ, her jobs, and her interesting love triangle?
I'm sorry that you're leaving, J. Good luck with everything ahead in life.
Feel free to comment about anything on Diary of J in the comment section. :)
Happy Friday and have a good weekend!
J'et

Hey J'et,
Hope your feel better! :) Sucks being sick, especially cause its your summer over there (winter of here so I am constantly sick in the winter months!)! :)
Diary of J was a difficult one for me, yes i enjoyed it most of the times, especially her early stuff! But at times I found it hard to read because she lived this and alot of the time it was very self distructive!
It seems alot of blogs are finishing up, or having breaks! Cant wait until "the not so outrageous shenanigans of leigh ross" starts again! Also cant wait for Karen Chronicles and Chapters! :)
Just like to add, I am completley addicted to your blog, and its one of the first I check! :)
Thanks, Amy! It sucks because my birthday is on Monday too. LOL. I knew this was coming though. I felt it a couple of days ago. :(
I just got back from your blog. Sorry that I haven't been commenting lately. I'm in summer school right now and it's completely hectic. But, I'm going to try to comment more frequently. :)
I agree that it was self destructive at most times, but it was really interesting to read. It's kind of like.. WOW. I'm glad I was never in that situation because that stinks.
Oh, man! You just named the three blogs I'm looking forward to coming back. Also for the Apathy blog to come back (if Laura ever comes back on her break). :D I really miss TKC though. Just when it was getting good too!
I'm glad you like my blog! I really like your blog and I love how frequent you post. I'm like.. "YAY! NEW POST!" It's a nice surprise!
Have a great weekend! :)
Thanks for the heads up on J. I had stopped her first, but hightailed it over there when I starting reading your post.
I agree Paris. Everyone seems to have slowed down, except our beloved J'et. Erin's going through some friend issues,so I think Karen & Chapters is on hold indefinitely. dreamsfromyesterday is good, but she only posts once a week on Mondays. I really enjoy all of Hope's blogs, I think she has three cooking now. You can start at cassieandgeorgiostory, that one posts Fridays, then Sometimes posts on Wednesdays, and the Moonlight diary posts on Mondays. She has another pregnancy diary from a previous story character on her site, too. She is a fantastic writer.
OK, better get back to work. Enjoy your weekend ya'll. mum
Hope you feel better. Summer colds are the worst.
And well it takes a lot of courage to put your life out there, especially if it is as messed up as J's got to be. So I applaud her for her courage.
But it was hard to read at times. In my head I was screaming "don't do it" but it had already been done and you knew the damage was going to be rough. But I am glad to at least hear that her and Brandon are in a better place now.
A lot of blogs are on break right now. The only ones I have left are this one and Hope's Moonlight blog. Don't know what I would do without the adventuares of Courtney :)
Mum- No problem. :)
Which one of Hope's blog is your favorite? I'm more into the Sometimes blog than the Wishing on Stars one for some reason.
Yeah, Amy! You should check the blogs out! They're REALLY good.
It's so awesome that you have a job where you can sneak away for a few minutes to read blogs, Mum. :)
Stephanie- Thanks, Stephanie!
It does take a lot of courage for doing what she did. Her life was a complete roller coaster. I'm glad to have been able to read about her experiences.
I do have those moments too. It's so hard to sit and watch her constantly self-inflict drama onto herself.
It's great that her and Brandon are still together.
What is Hope's Moonlight Blog about? I'm definitely running low on blogs to read. I've gone as far to pretending this isn't my blog and just commenting like it was written by someone else. LOL.
I never actually read diary of j. I heard that there was a lot of drama, and although I love to indulge every once in a while, I just can't understand it when it constantly overtakes someones life.
Amy, definitely read some of the other blogs, you can draw a TON of inspiration from reading them, everything from plot to writing style. I know I drew a lot of my inspiration from the 5 miles blog (you won't find that one, the author took it down :() and at first from Apathy.
J'et, if I forget, happy birthday!
Thanks, Alicia! :)
It's interesting how it does engulf you like that. I can't imagine how stressful that is. Usually, I don't let it get that far. That's probably why I found Diary of J so interesting. :)
Have a good weekend! :)
Oh no seriously! I hope you feel better! Happy birthday for monday in case i dont get a chance! :)
Thanks for the advice girlies! I do read Dreams from yesterday! I like it lots! I think I may give Hopes other blogs a go too! :)
J'et I loved the Apathy blog, I read it all in like two days recently! I was really disappointed she just ended it like that! Although of course I understand that people have real lives! :) :)
I am happy that the Diary of J actually ended (like had an ending, not that it ended!)!
Also no worries about the comments I understand your busy! :) :)
I think my posting will have to be reduced to three/four days a week!
I am going back to school after a month off so I hope people arent two disappointed or upset if I reduce them! I guess I'll soon find out! Hehehe!
Seriously thanks heaps for looking out for me everyone has been so nice since I started especially you and Alicia! Just wanted to let you know I really appreciate it! :)
<3 Amy
Thanks, Amy, for the birthday wish! :)
It was a sad, sad day when Apathy ended. She's such a good writer and I heard that she's having another boy! I really wish her nothing but the best of luck! :)
It's perfectly fine. School is WAAAAAAAAAAAAY more important than putting up 20 posts in a week. :) Plus, it's really hard to balance everything while you're in school. LOL.
It's really no problem! That's the blogging community's way of saying WELCOME! :)
Enjoy the rest of your weekend. :)
The Moonlight Madness blog is based on the show Moonlight that was on CBS. Don't know if you ever watched it but it is an awesome show that they stupidly cancelled. It is about vampires and well being a Twilight fan you might like it :)
Oh! That sounds interesting. I haven't really had time to really watch anything on TV lately, so I haven't heard of the show. Are old episodes still on CBS or something?
I think that a lot of TV shows get canceled stupidly and then there were TV shows that shouldn't have been brought back to life when they had a series finale. (Yes, I'm totally talking about Scrubs. *sigh*)
Have a good day! :)
